Assessing Chronic Pain in Your Pet

February 23 2022
Assessing Chronic Pain in Your Pet
The most common cause of pain in our older pets is from arthritis. It can be very challenging to know if our beloved pets are suffering from arthritis pain because they naturally hide pain and disease. A physical exam and imaging by your veterinarian can be helpful in diagnosing arthritis along with an at home evaluation. Below are links and videos to help you best assess your dog or cat’s pain associated behavior. Fill out the survey and if you have any concerns contact your vet at Alpine today!
